On Instagram, singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran recently posted a tribute to his cat, Graham, who passed away. The photo shows his furry little friend next to a guitar, along with a heartbroken emoji.

Sheeran adopted Graham from a shelter and left the cat in the good hands of his manager, Stuart Shaw, and his partner, Liberty Shaw, when he was away on tour. The trio had previously agreed to rename the cat Baby Ba Boo, which they felt was a more fitting name for the animal.

Even Liberty Shaw posted a saddening photo on Instagram explaining that Graham had been hit by a car. Her caption read, "Our lovely little bud Baby Ba Boo aka Graham the Kitten passed away last night after being hit by a car," she wrote on Instagram on Thursday. “We are absolutely heartbroken. He was such a dude. Funny and clever and best mates with a massive German Shepherd. We are going [to] miss you so much. Thanks for all the fun.”

In an interview with All In, Sheeran opened up about adopting Baby Ba Boo on the road admitting that he missed a lot of Graham growing up but intended to spend time with him as he got older.

Baby Ba Boo wasn't his only feline. By 2017, he had four cats who even have their own Instagram @thewibbles. He occasionally posts photos and videos of the felines which his fans, unsurprisingly, love to see. Surely, there's more cat content to come!
