During the 1982 filming of Twilight Zone: The Movie, a freak helicopter accident killed actor Vic Morrow and two child actors. Six additional helicopter passengers were injured. The entire devastating scene was captured on film and led to an overhaul of movie safety laws. This photo shows the moment directly before Morrow was decapitated.
