Slobodan Milošević Threw out the Constitution

Slobodan Milošević is the former president and dictator of Serbia during its communist regime. Milošević basically threw out the Serbian constitution and remade the rules to give himself more power. The Serbians took back their country by staging a 97-day protest which resulted in his removal from office.
He was ultimately tried by the International Criminal Tribunal for war crimes against humanity he was accused of in the former Yugoslavia. The crimes were specifically tied to the wars in Bosnia, Croatia, and Kosovo and included genocide and crimes against humanity. In 2007, he was also found to have not preventing the genocide.
