Yakov Dzhugashvili, Stalin’s Son

Yakov Dzhugashvili was the son of the evil dictator of the Soviet Union, Joseph Stalin. Yakov was treated horribly by Stalin and as a result tried to commit suicide many different times. Apparently, he even once shot himself, however, he was unsuccessful to which Stalin only further taunted him by saying “He can’t even shoot straight.”

Later, Yakov was captured during World War II by the Germans. This time he was able to successfully kill himself by running into an electric fence. Yakov also had a son named Yevgeny Dzhugashvili, throughout his life he would continue to defend his grandfather’s legacy and actions. Yevgeny died in December of 2016 at the age of eighty.
