Li Na: Daughter of the Communist Party of China

There isn’t much known about Mao Zedong’s children, but Li Na is one of Mao’s favorites. Li Na is just as crazy as her father and is known for her work in the tenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the media outlet “People’s Liberation Army Daily.”

Her surname is Li instead of Mao because her father used a different surname himself throughout the Chinese Civil War. At that time Mao Zedong used the name Li Desheng. Mao allegedly named Li Na and her sister Li Min from some of Confucius’ writings. Li Na died in 2012 at the age of seventy-seven.
