Poppy Montgomery Realized She Missed Too Much Time With Her Infant Son

Poppy Montgomery made a name for herself on the popular crime series Without A Trace in the early aughts. But the actress had a hard time balancing work and family life, so she took some time to focus on her son Jacob after missing so much of his growth as an infant.

“I had just had my son. I had been away so much for the first year of his life,” Montgomery told USA Today. “I needed to take the time and actually be like mommy for a minute… I worried about every little thing being perfect with Jackson.” Her newest project is the upcoming series Reef Break, hitting TV screens in 2019.

This next actress had a promising career but dropped it all to raise a family.
