Michalik’s steroid use, of course, had some severe consequences and it was his body that ultimately took the toll. At the height of his drug usage, Michalik was 265 pounds of pure muscle that eventually began to erode. Not only that, his internal organs were also failing as he had baseball-sized tumors in his liver, heart failure, and kidney disease.
