Open Marriages: Hollywood’s Worst Kept Secret?

Kody Brown is an advertising salesman who lived with his family in Utah, but recently moved the clan over to Las Vegas in 2011. Many viewers were left to wonder how Brown supports his family and their four separate households off of one income.

At the start of the series, he and two of his wives had jobs, but the family probably mostly makes their income from the show these days. In an excerpt from their book, Becoming Sister Wives, Brown admits: “To be honest, I’m not sure if any one of my wives could fulfill all my needs, nor do I believe that I am fulfilling all of theirs.” He says that each wife contributes a special talent to the family.
