A source tells Closer Weekly that Hawn embraces the arrangement that she and Russell are in: “Goldie’s thoughts are that if you want to keep your man for decades, like she has, you give them space to be men, which includes being with other women.”

The sources says that this is why the two have never married but managed to stay in a loving and lasting relationship. Hawn herself has been quoted as saying, “A lasting relationship isn’t about marriage, it’s about compatibility and communication.”
