These two might as well be the poster children for open marriage, so you should not be surprised to see them make the list. After the world famous Monica Lewinsky scandal, it was apparent that Hilary was not going anywhere, but that didn’t stop the world from wondering why.

Now, seeing her face all over the 2016 Presidential campaign with Bill still by her side, it was clear from day one that she wasn’t going to let her husband’s wandering eye hinder her inevitable future in office. Although Bill came clean to America about the affair, we didn’t really ever see much distaste in Hilary’s expressions leading us to be curious about how closed their marriage really has been throughout the years.
