Staying in shape and healthy is a hard path. But many push down this path to make progress for a body that they feel confident in. Andrea Sunshine a.k.a. the Fitness Grandma, is one of these hardworking people, and she is sharing her secret.

Andrea Sunshine is a popular fitness Instagrammer. She posts photos of herself working out and modeling for magazines.
You wouldn’t believe she’s 53 years old. I guess 50 is the new 30!
Andrea says she eats up to 1,300 calories a day. She typically eats broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and spinach.
And she avoids sweet veggies like pumpkin and carrots. But most importantly? She eats 150 eggs a month.
Sunshine says she’s in the best shape of her life.
And some at her gym would agree, considering her nickname is “Fitness Grandma” or “Beast” either way, she’s extremely fit!
Fending Off Men
One problem she deals with at the gym is men hitting on her.
“Young men have a crush on good-looking mature ladies so I get hit on all the time.”
She Doesn’t Like The Attention
Andrea says, “I don’t like the attention. When I’m in my session, I hate to be disturbed.”
The guys that typically hit on her are in their 30s. But the 53-year-old has definitely been hit on by men in their 20s.
Winning Body Building Competitions.
Andrea works hard on her body and competes in physique competitions. And she’s in such good shape that she wins against women half her age.
Andrea wants to prove that older women don’t have to focus on only taking care of the house and family and that older women can take care of themselves too.
