No Filter: These Actors Were Really Getting Intimate On Film!
Ecstasy (1933)

In the 1933 black and white filmEcstasy, actress Hedy Lamarr writhes in such obvious joy that the movie was banned in the United States for nearly 30 years after its release. At one point the movie was dubbed “The Most Talked About Picture in the World.”
This was the first movie to depict a female’s intense pleasure so clearly. Lamarr’s first husband, Friedrich Mandl, was so scandalized and upset by the film that he unsuccessfully attempted to block its release by buying every copy of it (at a cost of $280,000 — $5.18 million in 2017 dollars).
