Actor Robert Pattinson, fresh off his work in the tween-friendly Twilight saga, decided to take a role inLittle Ashes. Pattinson plays artist Salvador Dalí, who enters into a love affair with his friend, the poet Federico García Lorca (played by actor Javier Beltrán).

Pattinson acts in a scene depicting some serious self-loving. Pattinson eventually said he couldn’t fake that scene before it “just doesn’t work, so I pleasured myself in front of the camera. My o-face is recorded for eternity.” That was a bit of information we didn’t need to know about.
