Emma Roberts was known to tweens of the early 2000s as Addie Singer, the main character of the Nickelodeon show Unfabulous. She portrayed a regular and sometimes hapless middle-schooler who was never really considered the popular kid in school. After the short-lived series, Roberts went on to pursue more acting roles, mostly in PG movies like Aquamarine and Nancy Drew. But Roberts seems to be working hard to shed her tween-actor image, especially by taking on darker roles like those in the American Horror Story series. Plus, she’s starting to look very similar to her famous aunt, Julia Roberts. But we’ve still yet to show you the other teen actress who played dorky before Roberts was even on the scene!
