Grint is a longtime supporter of worthy causes. However, the bulk of his energy goes towards bringing awareness to children health plans and helping increase access to health care for families. He even calls it a privilege to be a part of something like the Little Star Awards.

Grint said it’s “a fantastic way of recognizing the bravery and courage of all children and their families who have been affected by cancer.” Grint even became the ambassador for Starlight Children’s Foundation in 2014.
