As it turns out, Grint did have at least one successful post-Potter role. However, it wasn’t him we saw in 2014, fans only got to hear his voice. He voiced Josh, a pop star who was in love with video games in Postman Pat: The Movie.

MIxed reviews rained down on Grint. While people loved the voice acting, the plot didn’t stick well with fans. The Hollywood Reporter wrote, “Despite its voice cast comprised of a gallery of notable British performers…Postman Pat: The Movie is a mostly charmless and dark affair.”
