Known as much for her music as she is her boundary-pushing fashion taste, Madonna showed up to the Golden Globes in 2012 looking beautifully classy. The dress, a Reem Acra, was purchased off the rack for the show, but you would never guess that looking at the music icon.

The dress must have been good luck for Madonna. She walked away at the end of the winning a statue for Best Original Song for “Masterpiece” from the movie W.E. Hopefully that dazzling green gown is hanging proudly in Madonna’s closet, serving as a classic reminder that magical night.
