In July 2018, George Clooney became a human projectile and it wasn’t a stunt for a new movie. While on the Italian island of Sardinia, Clooney was riding a motor-scooter when a car cut him off. The driver ended up hitting Clooney, who was launched 20 feet off his bike and broke his helmet.

The actor was rushed to the hospital where he underwent an MRI, but he appeared to be in decent condition. Since leaving the hospital, Clooney was back to filming his Hulu series Catch-22 and appeared to be in high spirits.
