Hooch.net (“Hooch” or “We”) respects your privacy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website Hooch.net (“Hooch Website”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

Information We Collect through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
We may use automatic data collection technologies, as you navigate through and interact with the Hooch Website, to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including: (i) Details of your visits to the Hooch Website, including traffic data, location data, logs and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Hooch Website. To complete a merger or sale of assets. Third Party Content and Data Collection

We do not control any third party content that may be displayed to you when you use our Hooch Website. We are neither affiliated with nor responsible for the privacy practices of any partners or third parties who advertise or link to any websites, products, services or offers through the Hooch Website, or who otherwise provide third party content. Once you view or click on anadvertisement or link, you should carefully review the applicable privacy policy of such third party service or site. Even if a third party is affiliated with us, we do not control its content or websites, each of which may have a separate privacy policy. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of each site you visit.

We have contracted with Yahoo to monitor certain pages of our website for the purpose of reporting web traffic, statistics, advertisement ‘click-throughs,’ and/or other activities on our website. No personally identifiable data is transferred to Yahoo by us. Where authorized by us, Yahoo may use cookies, web beacons, and/or other monitoring technologies to compile anonymous statistics about our website visitors. We use a service by Criteo to offer targeted advertising to you. You may deactivate the Criteo Service by following following instructions in Criteo’s privacy policy (http://www.criteo.com/privacy/).

Location of Collected Data

Your information and data may be transferred to servers located in the United States and other countries around the world. If you are a user located outside of the United States, you understand and consent to having any personal information you provide transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States and other countries where data protection and other privacy laws may not offer the same level of protection as in your jurisdiction, such as the European Union. This includes the use of cookies and other tracking technologies as described above.

Data Security

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to the Hooch Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Hooch Website.

Children Under the Age of 13

The Hooch Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on the Hooch Website.
