Jason Momoa Admits To Being Not ‘Very Smart’

Jason Momoa has played some pretty iconic roles during his career so far. From playing Khal Drogo in Game of Thrones to superhero Aquaman, his acting career seems to be rewarding him. However, the actor recently spoke to Esquire magazine about how he's not that impressed with his on-screen work.

In his opinion, he's not known for his acting, but rather his "action."

"I'm not known for my acting … I’m known for action. I don’t say a lot of things or use big sentences … I’m not 'very smart,'" said the actor. "I think of Brad Pitt as a movie star. You know what I mean? Like George Clooney is a movie star … Those guys are like, boom."

He went on to compare himself to Oscar-nominated actor Timothée Chalamet, who's only 23 years old.

"He's so f------ talented, man. I don’t know. I’m a little dumber, needed some time. Which is probably the best for me, because it would have been bad if it happened when I was younger. I just would have f----- it all up," said Momoa.

We don't think Momoa is giving himself enough credit! His fans love him and we're sure he'll be just fine as an actor.
